When using FLUX (no gas) wire, it is often necessary to invert the polarity of the torch. Refer to the internal wiring diagram or specific instructions for your flux-cored wire to ensure correct polarity for optimal welding performance and to avoid spatter.

  • Set the GAS/NO GAS switch to the 'NO GAS' position.

3.5 Accessory Connection

  • Connect the MIG torch (TW160) to the designated port on the front panel.
