4. Setup & Instalasi

Follow these steps to properly install your Jebao LED light set:

4.1. Pre-Installation Check and O-Ring Preparation

Before submerging the lights, it is highly recommended to prepare the O-rings to ensure a watertight seal and prevent leaks. This step is crucial for the longevity of your lights.

1. Access O-Ring: Carefully unscrew or unlock the cap from the lens of each light fixture. You will find an O-ring inside.
2. Apply Silicone Grease: Remove the O-ring. Apply a small amount of high-grade silicone grease (e.g., dielectric grease or plumbing grease for O-rings) to your fingers and work it all the way around the O-ring, ensuring it is fully covered. Avoid using excessive amounts and try not to get grease on the lens itself.
3. Pasang deui: Place the greased O-ring back into its slot. Carefully place the desired colored lens (or no lens) and ensure it is properly seated. Screw the cap back on until it locks securely. The grease allows the O-ring to slide smoothly and create a proper seal as the cap is tightened, preventing binding and potential leaks.

4.2. Wiring Configuration

The four light fixtures are pre-wired in a specific configuration:

• A 16-foot lead wire connects from the transformer to the first light fixture.
• Subsequent fixtures are connected by 3-foot wires between each light.

3. Photocell Sensor Placement: Position the photocell sensor in an area that receives ambient light, but is not directly illuminated by the LED lights themselves, to ensure accurate dusk-to-dawn operation.
