  • How often should I clean the air filter on my AERIC air conditioner?

It is recommended to clean the air filter every two weeks or after approximately 100 hours of use. A dirty filter can reduce efficiency. Clean it with a mild detergent in lukewarm water and let it dry completely before reinstalling.

  • What should I do if the Tank Full light turns on?

When the Tank Full light turns red, the internal water tank is full, and the unit will stop operating. You must drain the excess water by placing a pan under the water outlet drain, unscrewing the drain cover, and letting the water drain out before restarting the unit.

  • Does the AERIC portable air conditioner require venting?

Yes, in Cooling Mode, the air exchange hoses must vent hot air outside the room. However, in Fan Mode, venting is not required. In Dehumidify Mode, you can choose not to connect the exhaust hose if you allow the warm air to return to the room, but continuous drainage is necessary.

  • How do I set the timer on my AERIC device?

To set 'Auto Turn Off', press the Timer button while the machine is running and adjust the hours using the '+' or '-' buttons. To set 'Auto Turn On', press the Timer button while the machine is in standby mode and select the number of hours before the unit should start.
