1. Pasang Batré: Open the battery compartment (usually located on the underside or back) and insert the required AA batteries, observing correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
2. Fill Food Container: Open the food reservoir. Fill it with your desired dry fish food (flakes or pellets). Ensure the food is dry and not clumped. Close the reservoir securely to maintain moisture protection.
3. Pamasangan: The feeder can be placed directly on the aquarium lid. For aquariums without a lid, an optional adjustable support (10 to 50 mm) can be purchased separately to attach the feeder to the aquarium rim. Ensure the feeder is stable and positioned so that food dispenses directly into the water.

The EDEN 901 features an intuitive control panel for programming feeding schedules.

1. Setel Waktos Ayeuna: Press and hold the 'SET' button for 3 seconds until the time display flashes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the hour, then press 'SET' to confirm and move to minutes. Adjust minutes and press 'SET' again to confirm.
2. Waktos Dahar Program:
   • Briefly press the 'SET' button to enter feeding program mode. The first feeding time (F1) will flash.
   • Use '+' and '-' to set the desired hour for F1, then press 'SET'.
   • Adjust minutes for F1 and press 'SET'.
   • The display will then show the number of dosages (revolutions of the feeder). Use '+' and '-' to select 1, 2, or 3 dosages for this feeding. Press 'SET' to confirm.
   • Repeat this process for F2, F3, and F4 if additional feeding times are desired. To skip a feeding time, set its hour to '--:--' using the '-' button.
3. Dahar Manual: To dispense food immediately, briefly press the '+' button. The feeder will perform one dosage.
4. Adjusting Food Quantity: The amount of food dispensed per dosage can be adjusted by a slider or mechanism on the food drum itself (refer to Figure 4). This allows fine-tuning the portion size.
