Then, slide the smaller fan blade onto the shaft with its tiny teeth facing outwards. Secure both blades in place using the small fixing nut removed in step 3. Remember, this nut might be reverse-threaded (turn left to tighten).
6. Attach Front Guard: Carefully align the front fan guard with the rear fan guard. The two guards are secured by a rubber strip with a screw at the bottom. It is recommended to lay the fan unit flat for this step. Align the two guards precisely, ensuring the screw hole at the bottom matches. Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the screw, securing both guards together.
