1. Bubuka

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Wiltec XXL Transport Trolley, Model 62416. Designed for heavy-duty tasks, this trolley is an indispensable aid for transporting various materials such as leaves, soil, wood, stones, and tools in gardening and other outdoor activities. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.

4. Setup jeung Majelis

Assembly is required before first use. Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly.

1. Pasang Roda: Securely attach the four wheels to the trolley base frame using the provided axles, washers, and pins. Ensure wheels rotate freely.
2. Pasang Panel Samping: Position the four mesh side panels around the trolley base. The panels are designed to interlock and can be secured with pins or latches at the corners. Ensure they are firmly in place when raised.
3. Attach Drawbar: Connect the long drawbar to the front axle assembly of the trolley. Secure it with the appropriate bolt and nut, ensuring it can pivot freely for steering.
4. Insert Storage Grille: The storage grille can be placed into the top frame of the trolley, resting on the upper edges of the side panels. This creates an elevated storage area for smaller items or tools.
5. Attach PVC Tarpaulin: If transporting fine materials, drape the PVC tarpaulin inside the trolley bed, securing it to the top edges of the side panels using the integrated loops or hooks.

5. Parentah Operasi

The Wiltec XXL Transport Trolley is designed for ease of use and versatility.

• ngamuat: Place items into the trolley bed, ensuring the weight is distributed evenly. For heavy items, load them centrally.
• Using the Tarpaulin: For transporting loose or fine materials (e.g., soil, sand, mulch), install the PVC tarpaulin to prevent spillage.
• Using the Storage Grille: The removable storage grille can be used to create a separate compartment for tools, smaller items, or harvested products, keeping them separate from the main load.
• Manuver: Use the long drawbar with its comfortable handle to pull and steer the trolley. The thick tires are designed to navigate various surfaces, including lawns and unpaved paths.
• Side Panel Functionality: The mesh side panels can be lowered independently or all at once, converting the trolley into a flatbed cart for oversized items or for easier loading/unloading.

6. Pangropéa

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your transport trolley.

• Trolley is difficult to pull/steer:
  • Check tire pressure. Inflate to recommended levels if necessary.
  • Inspect axles and drawbar pivot points for debris or lack of lubrication. Clean and lubricate as needed.
  • Ensure load is not exceeding maximum capacity and is evenly distributed.
• Wobbly wheels:
  • Check that wheel nuts/pins are securely fastened.
  • Inspect for damaged wheel bearings or bent axles. Replace if necessary.
• Side panels do not stay up/down:
  • Ensure all locking pins or latches are correctly engaged.
  • Check for bent or damaged panel hinges/connections.
