5. Setup jeung Instalasi
5.1 Pertimbangan Kaamanan
For optimal security, the VIS-MINI-CNTRL mini controller should be installed inside a restricted, secure area. All user credentials are stored on the mini controller, not on the external keypad. 5.2 Wiring Sistim nu
The VIS-3002 keypad connects to the VIS-MINI-CNTRL mini controller via a Wiegand 26 interface. The mini controller then manages the locking device (e.g., magnetic lock, electric strike) and other peripherals like an exit button or doorbell.
- Connect the keypad's Wiegand output (D0, D1) to the mini controller's Wiegand input.
- Connect the 12V DC power supply to the mini controller.
- Wire the locking device to the NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) terminals on the mini controller, as required by your lock type. Ensure the Diode IN4004 is installed across the lock terminals for relay protection.
- Connect an exit button to the 'OPEN' terminal and GND on the mini controller.
- Connect an external doorbell to the appropriate terminals if desired.

6. Operasi

Use the Master Add Card to enroll new proximity cards or key fobs. Follow the specific programming instructions provided with your mini controller for adding user PINs.
