Powering On/Off and AutoFocus
The webcam powers on automatically when connected to a powered USB port. It features high-sensitivity autofocus technology.
- The webcam will autofocus quickly on any subject.
- To switch between autofocus and manual focus, press and hold the Home/Focus button on the remote control for more than two seconds. The blue indicator light on the webcam will flash continuously when in manual focus mode.
- In manual focus mode, use the up and down arrow buttons on the remote to adjust the focus. Press the Home/Focus button again to reset to default autofocus.

Isu Remote Control
- Jauh Teu Ngabales: Ensure the privacy cover is installed correctly, sliding open to the left. If it slides to the right, it covers the IR sensor, preventing the remote from working.
- No Visual Feedback: The webcam's blue indicator light should flash each time a button is pressed on the remote. If not, check the remote's batteries.
Video Quality and Performance
- Framerate Drop with Zoom: The 3x digital zoom function operates at 1080p resolution and 30fps. If you are using a video chat application, the software may automatically set the camera to 30fps, and this setting might not be adjustable within the program.
- Resolution Drop at 60fps or with Zoom: The webcam cannot maintain 2K resolution, 60fps, and the built-in zoom function simultaneously. For 2K resolution, the framerate will be 30fps, and zoom will be unavailable. For 60fps, the resolution must be 1080p, and zoom will be unavailable. The built-in zoom is only usable at 1080p resolution and 30fps.
- Pangaluyuan Parangkat Lunak: For advanced control over resolution, framerate, and image manipulation (like zooming), consider using third-party software such as OBS Studio to create a virtual camera.
