4. Setélan

5.1 Control Panel Leuwihview

  • Top Dial (Temperature): Adjusts the cooking temperature from 30°C to 230°C.
  • Middle Dial (Timer): Sets the cooking time from 0 to 90 minutes. It also has a 'Stay On' setting for continuous operation.
  • Bottom Dial (Function): Selects the desired cooking mode.

5.2 Nyetel Suhu

Hurungkeun Dial Top clockwise to select the desired cooking temperature between 30°C and 230°C.

5.3 Setélan Timer

Hurungkeun Middle Dial clockwise to set the cooking time up to 90 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero, indicated by an audible signal. For continuous operation, turn the dial counter-clockwise past the '0' mark to the 'Stay On' position. In 'Stay On' mode, the oven will operate continuously until manually turned off by rotating the timer dial back to '0'.

5.4 Selecting Cooking Function

  • Pareum: Oven is off.
  • Panas handap: Only the lower heating elements are active, ideal for gentle cooking or browning the bottom of dishes.
  • Panas luhur: Only the upper heating elements are active, suitable for grilling or browning the top of dishes.
  • Combined Heat (Top + Bottom): Both upper and lower heating elements are active, providing even heat for general baking and roasting.
  • Konveksi: Combined heat with a fan to circulate hot air, ensuring faster and more even cooking.
  • Rotisserie: Activates the rotisserie motor and heating elements for roasting with continuous rotation.

The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting whole chickens or other meats evenly.

  1. Prepare your food (e.g., truss a chicken).
  2. Insert the rotisserie spit through the center of the food and secure it with the forks.

The oven provides three different rack levels for optimal cooking. Use the roasting rack for items requiring air circulation, and the baking tray for items that may drip or require a flat surface.

  1. Place the roasting rack or baking tray into the desired level within the oven.
  2. Place your food item on the rack or tray.
