• Pinggang: Position the massager on your lower back or waist area, using the arm straps to secure it.
• Paha: Place the massager on your thighs. You can hold the main unit or the straps to keep it in place.

The massager will automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overuse.
