6.1. Powering on / Pareum

1. Activate Detection Mode: After powering on, short press the Power/Mode button to cycle through the available detection modes. The device typically offers two lighting modes for different detection scenarios.
2. Scan the Environment: Hold the detector at eye level and look through the detection lens. Slowly scan the area you wish to check, paying close attention to common hiding spots for cameras.
3. Identify Reflections: As you scan, look for bright red dots or reflections. These reflections indicate the presence of a camera lens. Hidden cameras can be found in various objects and locations.
4. Confirm Detection: Once a suspicious reflection is observed, move closer and change your viewing angle to confirm it is indeed a camera lens and not a random reflection.
