When activated, if the input voltage remains within a predefined acceptable range, the UPS will bypass the double conversion process and directly supply utility power to the output. This reduces internal power consumption and heat generation, leading to energy savings. The UPS will automatically switch back to On-Line mode if the input power deviates from the acceptable range, ensuring continuous protection.
