2.1. V2012WH Tap-N-Go Closer
This closer includes a unique "Tap-N-Go" feature, allowing you to hold the door open by pushing a button and then releasing it with a simple tap. It is designed for heavy-duty use and provides a full 90-degree opening range.

2.2. V150WH Standard Duty Closer

5. Setup jeung Instalasi
This bundle is designed for out-swinging medium-to-heavy weight storm, home, or security doors. For optimal performance on heavier doors, it is recommended to install both closers: one at the top and one at the bottom of the door.

- Nangtukeun Lokasi Pasang: For the bundle, install one closer near the top of the door and the other near the bottom. Ensure they are on the same side of the door (hinge side or latch side, depending on your door type and desired operation). Consult the diagrams on the product packaging for recommended placement based on door type (e.g., light duty, heavy duty, full view, security door).
- Tandaan Lubang Pilot: Hold the mounting brackets in the desired positions on the door frame and door. Use a pencil to mark the locations for pilot holes. Ensure the closer will be level and aligned.
- Bor Pilot liang: Using an appropriate drill bit (smaller than the screw diameter), drill pilot holes at the marked locations.
- Pasang kurung: Securely attach the door frame bracket to the door frame and the door bracket to the door using the provided screws.
- Attach Closer:
- For the V2012WH (Tap-N-Go): Attach the cylinder end to the door frame bracket using the provided pin. Attach the rod end (with the button) to the door bracket using the provided pin.
- For the V150WH (Standard): Attach the cylinder end to the door frame bracket using the provided pin. Attach the rod end to the door bracket using the provided pin.
- Operasi tés: Slowly open and close the door to ensure smooth movement and proper engagement of the closer.
6. Operating Instructions (V2012WH Tap-N-Go)
The V2012WH closer features an EZ-HOLD "Tap-N-Go" function for holding the door open. The V150WH is a standard closer and does not have this feature.

- To Hold Door Open: Open the door to the desired position. Push the button located on the rod end of the V2012WH closer. The door will remain open.
- To Release and Close: Gently tap the door further open (away from the frame) or push the button again. The closer will disengage, and the door will begin to close automatically.

7.1. Adjusting Closing Speed and Force
Both the V2012WH and V150WH closers allow for adjustment of the closing speed and force. This is done via a screw located at the end of the pneumatic tube (opposite the rod end).
- To Decrease Closing Speed (Slower Close): Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.
- To Increase Closing Speed (Faster Close): Turn the adjustment screw clockwise.
Make small adjustments and test the door's closing action until the desired speed and force are achieved. Ensure the door latches completely without slamming.
7.2. Seasonal Latching Adjustment
The closers include a seasonal latching adjustment option, allowing you to switch between glass and screen inserts. This typically involves adjusting the position of the pin on the door bracket to accommodate the different thicknesses or weights of seasonal inserts. Refer to the specific instructions on the product packaging for detailed guidance on this adjustment.
