PTC Rapid Heating & High-Speed Fan

Equipped with advanced PTC heating technology, the Mini Heater provides swift and efficient heating. The PTC element's self-regulating properties prevent overheating, ensuring enhanced safety. A 10,000R/Min high-speed fan ensures optimal airflow and even heat distribution, eliminating hotspots and maintaining consistent temperature for uniform material deposition and remarkable print quality.

Efficient Air Filtration

The Mini Heater incorporates an efficient air filtration system to remove impurities and ensure a clean and purified printer chamber. This feature contributes to a fresh workspace and improved print quality.

Setup & Pamasangan

Follow these steps to properly install your ELEGOO Mini Heater:

  1. Remove the top cover of your compatible ELEGOO 3D printer.
  2. Locate the designated mounting area on the back of the printer's top cover. This area typically has a filler plate secured by screws.
  3. Remove the existing filler plate.
  4. Position the Mini Heater's mounting bracket on the outer side of the top cover's back, aligning it with the screw holes.
  5. From the inside of the top cover, use the provided screws and Allen key to secure the mounting bracket. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  6. Align the Mini Heater unit with the button hole and screw holes on the mounting bracket and place it in the installation position.
  7. Secure the Mini Heater to the mounting bracket using the provided screws and Allen key.
  8. Carefully tidy up any cables and replace the top cover onto the printer.
  9. Plug the Mini Heater's power cord into the power adapter, and then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  10. Turn on the Mini Heater using its power switch. The unit will automatically begin heating to the optimal temperature.
