2.2 Tata Tata Alat

3. Setélan

Follow these steps to set up your FIDECO YPZ230R Hard Drive Docking Station:

4. Parentah Operasi

4.1 Mindahkeun Data

Once connected to your computer and powered on, the inserted hard drives will be accessible for data transfer. The FIDECO YPZ230R supports USB 3.0 Super Speed, allowing data transfer rates up to 5Gbps. It is also backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1.

4.2 Offline Clone Function

The docking station supports an offline clone function, allowing you to duplicate a source drive to a target drive without a computer connection. Ensure the target drive has equal or greater capacity than the source drive.

1. Prepare Drives: Insert the source HDD/SSD into Slot 1 and the target HDD/SSD into Slot 2.
2. Disconnect from PC: Ensure the docking station is disconnected from your computer.
3. Daya Hurung: Turn on the docking station using the Power Button on the rear.
4. Mimitian Klon: Press and hold the 'Clone' button on the front panel for 3-5 seconds until the first blue light (25%) flashes.
5. Confirm Clone: Quickly press the 'Clone' button again to start the cloning process. The progress indicator lights (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) will illuminate sequentially as the clone progresses. All four lights will be solid blue upon completion.

4.3 Lampu RGB

The docking station features RGB lights that indicate its status. You can turn these lights on or off by pressing the 'RGB Switch' located on the rear panel.

5. Hard Drive Initialization

New HDDs or SSDs must be initialized and formatted before they can be recognized and used by your computer. If your drive is not appearing, follow the steps below for your operating system.

5.1 Initialization under Windows

1. Right-click on 'This PC' (or 'My Computer') and select 'Manage'.
2. In the Computer Management window, navigate to 'Disk Management' under 'Storage'.
3. Locate your new drive, which will likely be marked as 'Unknown' or 'Not Initialized'.
4. Right-click on the disk and select 'Initialize Disk'.
5. Choose a partition style (MBR for drives up to 2TB, GPT for drives larger than 2TB) and click 'OK'.
6. Right-click on the 'Unallocated' space of the initialized disk and select 'New Simple Volume'.
7. Follow the New Simple Volume Wizard to assign a drive letter and format the volume (NTFS is recommended for Windows).

5.2 Initialization under Mac OS

1. Open 'Disk Utility' (found in Applications > Utilities).
2. Select your new drive from the sidebar (it may appear as 'Uninitialized').
