Attaching the X5F Trigger to the iT32 Flash

The X5F trigger is designed to integrate seamlessly with the iT32 flash. Simply align the X5F at the bottom of the iT32. The magnetic connection will automatically secure the trigger and establish communication.

The X5F trigger does not have a dedicated on/off switch. It powers on when attached to the iT32 flash or a compatible hot shoe. The iT32 flash is powered by a built-in 7.2V 900mAh lithium battery. Charge the iT32 using the provided USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 70 minutes and provides about 70 minutes of continuous operation at full power. The X5F's integrated 3.8V 100mAh battery charges when attached to the iT32 and provides up to 16 hours of standby time after a 3-hour charge.

Basic Flash Modes

The iT32 supports TTL (Through-The-Lens) automatic flash, Manual flash, and Multi-flash (stroboscopic) modes. Use the touchscreen interface to select and adjust these modes.

• Mode TTL: The flash output is automatically adjusted based on the camera's metering system for balanced exposure.
• Modeu Manual: Allows you to manually set the flash power output from 1/1 to 1/256.
• Multi Mode: Fires a series of rapid flashes during a single exposure, useful for capturing multiple movements of a subject.

High Speed Sync (HSS) and Sync Modes

The iT32 supports High Speed Sync (HSS) up to 1/8000s, allowing you to use flash at shutter speeds faster than your camera's native sync speed. It also supports 1st curtain sync and 2nd curtain sync for creative effects with moving subjects.

Wireless Control with X5F Trigger

The X5F trigger can be detached from the iT32 flash and mounted on your FUJIFILM camera's hot shoe to wirelessly control the iT32 from up to 20 meters (65 feet) away. When used as a standalone transmitter, the X5F can also trigger other Godox X system flashes within an 80-meter range. Refer to the X5F's specific instructions for pairing with other Godox units.

Interchangeable X5 Hotshoe System

Using the LED Setting Light

The iT32 features an adjustable LED setting light with 10 brightness levels. This light helps you preview the lighting effect before taking a shot, aiding in precise light placement and adjustment.
