1. Before First Use: Remove all protective films and packaging from the button, and check the appearance for damage, cracks, deformation or loose components; test the button’s actuation (press/release) to ensure it is smooth and responsive, meeting the use requirements.
2. Installation: Select the matching mounting hole, wiring and connected equipment according to the button model and specification; fix the button firmly in the mounting position, connect the wires correctly as per the instruction diagram, and confirm the connection is secure and free of poor contact before use.
3. Operation: Use the button only for its intended control function (e.g., start/stop, switch, actuation) in the specified mechanical, pneumatic or electrical systems; press and release the button gently to avoid excessive force that may damage internal components.
4. Disassembly: Cut off the power supply (and air source if applicable) completely before disassembly; disconnect the wires first, then remove the fixing parts and take out the button gently, do not pull forcefully to avoid damage to the button or wires.
5. After Use: If the button is not used for a long time, clean the surface with a dry cloth, remove dust, and store it in a dry, ventilated and dust-free place, away from children, corrosive substances and sharp objects; avoid stacking heavy objects on the button to prevent deformation or internal component damage.
